Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Our booking fee protects the time set aside for your appointment and helps offset the loss if that time cannot be filled. If your booking fee is waived as a courtesy, the same policies still apply. If you choose to cancel your appointment, the standard booking fee will be charged, just as it would have been if you had booked online without the fee being waived. The following policies apply to all appointments: • 72+ hours notice: One complimentary reschedule is allowed. Any additional reschedules with 72+ hours notice incur a $25 appointment moving fee. • 72 hours notice: $50 rescheduling fee • 48 hours notice: $75 rescheduling fee • 24 hours notice: $100 rescheduling fee Same-Day Policies • Same-day cancellation: Full service amount is due. • Same-day reschedule: 50% of the service balance owed + a rescheduling fee – $100 for new services – $50 for touch-ups These policies allow us to protect our schedule and keep appointment availability fair for all clients.
